BEEF FAJITAS

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 3 Tbs fresh Cilantro
  • 2 Tbs Onion
  • Garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 lb Fajita Meat or 1 Skirt Steak (Get it from the Ranch here!)
  • Tortillas
  • Salsa
  • Cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pour into bag and add steak strips. Marinade in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook and Stir beef in hot skillet until all liquid is absorbed, about 15/20 minutes.
  3. Serve with tortillas, salsa, and cheese. Enjoy!
