  • 1 LB SAUSAGE (OR, FOR A KICK, CHORIZO)
  • 1/4 C. FLOUR
  • 3 TBS BUTTER
  • 3 C. MILK
  • 1/4 TSP SAGE
  • 1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • YOUR FAVORITE BISCUITS

INSTRUCTIONS

BROWN SAUSAGE

ADD BUTTER TO THE PAN

AFTER BUTTER IS MELTED, ADD FLOUR TO PAN, STIR, AND LET BECOME GOLDEN

WHISK IN MILK, SAGE, PEPPER, GARLIC, AND ONION POWDER

STIR OCCASIONALLY UNTIL THICKENED

SERVE OVER WARM BISCUITS

SALT TO TASTE
