APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

DIRECTIONS:

  1. PLACE CHICKEN (BONES, NECKS, MEAT, SKIN, FEET) IN CROCKPOT
  2. ADD ONION, GARLIC, HERBS, SEASONING-OF-YOUR-CHOICE (YOU CAN ALSO ADD ANY VEGETABLE SCRAPS YOU HAVE ON HAND)
  3. COVER WITH WATER AND 2 TABLESPOONS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
  4. SIMMER ON LOW FOR 24-40 HOURS OR UNTIL BONES ARE SOFT
  5. STIR FREQUENTLY AND ADD WATER AS NEEDED TO KEEP MEAT SATURATED
  6. STRAIN LIQUID INTO A BOWL. PARCEL OUT, USE, OR STORE.
