CROCK POT BBQ SPARE-RIBS

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 or 4 lbs. spareribs
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. chili poweder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Layer ribs in the crock pot with lemon and onion slices. In a small pan, combine the remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and pour over ribs. Cook on low for 7 hrs. Serves 4.
